Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Requests for return must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
Items without original packaging or missing parts.
Customized or clearance items.

Refunds
Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed as cash refunds once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days after the return is processed.
Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
