Returns and Refunds Policy

At carloswander, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Requests for return must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts.

  • Customized or clearance items.

Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. If approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or guide you on how to return it.

Refunds

  • Since we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed as cash refunds  once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days after the return is processed.

  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or wrong product, we will replace it with the correct item at no additional cost.
